Choose the right channel

A problem with a hired job (unfinished work, no-show, cash disagreement): open the contract and use Report a problem, so staff see the details.
A suspicious member: open their profile and use Report this tasker or Report this client.
Account help, questions or feedback: use Chat with Support.
Privacy requests (access, correction or deletion of your information): use Chat with Support and mention "privacy request". See the Privacy Notice.
Emergencies: call 911 first. See Safety.
